Yealink UVC40 E2 is an intelligent USB video bar developed for small meeting rooms, focus rooms and huddle spaces. With a 4K Ultra HD camera, AI-based meeting optimisation, integrated speaker and a microphone system with eight MEMS microphones, it provides a complete video conferencing solution that connects to a computer and meeting platform via a single USB cable.

The camera uses an 8-megapixel SONY 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with a 120° field of view and 5x electronic PTZ zoom. Audio is handled by eight MEMS microphones together with a 5 W speaker covering 105 Hz – 20 kHz.

Good to know

• UVC40 E2 is a USB peripheral, not a standalone room system. Meetings are always started from a connected computer.
• The RJ-45 port is a shared port: it is used either for a Yealink expansion microphone or as an Ethernet connection, not both at the same time.
• The device has no 3.5 mm audio connections. External audio is handled via USB or through Yealink's own accessories.
• Power is supplied by the included power adapter, DC 48 V / 0.7 A. The device cannot be powered by USB alone.

We recommend UVC40 E2 when you want a video bar that can handle slightly larger rooms than the smallest models, and where image quality in poorer lighting conditions matters – this is where the larger SONY sensor makes a real difference. It is best suited to organisations that run meetings from a computer in the room or from users' laptops. If the room should instead function as a standalone Teams or Zoom room with a touch panel on the table, we recommend MeetingBar A25 or A40 instead. If you only need to cover a small focus room, the smaller UVC34 is sufficient and costs less.
