Ajax StreetSiren White – wireless outdoor siren with LED frame, 85–113 dB

Ajax StreetSiren Jeweller is a wireless outdoor siren that deters intruders and alerts the surroundings when an alarm is triggered. The sound level can be adjusted between 85 and 113 dB at a distance of one metre and is complemented by a brightly illuminated LED frame that flashes red during an alarm. The enclosure is rated IP54 and the siren operates from −25 °C to +60 °C, making it suitable for façade installation in Nordic climates.

StreetSiren is powered by four pre-installed CR123A batteries with a life of up to five years and can also be connected to an external 12 V supply for installations requiring mains power.

Powerful audible alarm

StreetSiren Jeweller is designed to be clearly heard during a break-in or other alarm event.

The sound level has three settings, measured at a distance of 1 metre:

• Quiet – 85 dB
• Loud – 100 dB
• Very loud – 113 dB

The high sound level rapidly draws attention to the protected property.

Clear LED indication

The characteristic LED frame around the siren activates during an alarm.

Functions:

• Flashes red during an alarm
• Visible from a longer distance
• Can flash every three seconds while the system is armed
• Indication can also be disabled completely

The visual indication complements the audible signal and increases the deterrent effect.

StreetSiren Jeweller is designed for year-round operation in Nordic climates.

Battery operation or external power

The siren can operate completely wirelessly or be connected to an external supply through terminals inside the unit.

• Power consumption of approximately 25 mA in standby and approximately 0.2 A during an alarm
• Approximately 5 hours of continuous alarm operation on batteries

This makes installation flexible in both new and existing systems.

Tamper protection

StreetSiren is equipped with both a tamper switch and an accelerometer.

• Alarm if the enclosure is opened
• Alarm if the siren is removed from the wall or moved
• Alarm sent to the app and alarm receiving centre

This means that attempts to disable the siren are detected immediately.

Temperature value in the app

The siren measures the processor temperature and displays the value in the Ajax app. The permitted difference between the app value and the temperature at the installation point is 2 °C, and the value is updated when the temperature changes by at least 2 °C.

Stable wireless communication

Ajax Jeweller technology provides rapid, encrypted communication between the siren and the hub.

Walls, floors and other obstacles in the signal path reduce the range.

Good to know

• StreetSiren Jeweller works only with an Ajax hub. It cannot be used through the ocBridge Plus or uartBridge integration modules.
• Siren duration is set in 3-second increments from 3 seconds up to 3 minutes.
• The siren weighs 528 grams and must be secured to a load-bearing surface.
