Schneider Electric OptiLine Mini Cable Trunking – White RAL 9003 and Black RAL 9005, 12 × 20 to 25 × 60 mm
Schneider Electric OptiLine Mini is a discreet, robust mini-trunking system for visible cable routing in homes, offices and commercial environments. It is made from lead- and cadmium-free PVC and has a pre-punched base that makes installation quick and straightforward. Each length measures 2,100 mm.
The trunking is available in six profile sizes from 12 × 20 mm to 25 × 60 mm, in both white RAL 9003 and black RAL 9005. The black finish is particularly suitable around TV furniture, home-cinema systems, computer displays and other electronics where white trunking would be too conspicuous.

Quick and straightforward installation
OptiLine Mini is designed for direct mounting on a wall or other flat surface. The base is pre-punched at the factory, so you do not need to drill mounting holes in the trunking.

Power and low-voltage cables in the same trunking
OptiLine Mini is intended for both mains-power and low-voltage wiring. The larger profiles contain fixed dividers that keep the cable types separate.
- 12 × 20 mm and 18 × 20 mm: no divider
- 12 × 30 mm, 18 × 35 mm and 18 × 45 mm: one fixed divider
- 25 × 60 mm: two fixed dividers
The trunking is approved for single-insulated cable when mounted with a TFT-IS insulating screw, Swedish E-number 1534909, because the cover requires a tool to open.

We recommend OptiLine Mini when cables need to remain visible but the installation should still look considered and professional. A 12 × 20 mm profile is sufficient for a single HDMI or network cable, while 18 × 35 mm and larger profiles are the right choice when power, network and AV cables share the same route – the fixed dividers are especially useful in that situation. Black RAL 9005 is usually the neatest choice behind a wall-mounted television, while white RAL 9003 suits skirting boards and light walls. Remember that the rating is IP40: the trunking is intended for dry indoor environments, with an operating temperature from −5 °C to +60 °C. Single-insulated cable must be secured using TFT-IS insulating screws.
