30 W PoE+ under IEEE 802.3at
The U-PoE+ delivers up to 30 W through the network cable and complies with IEEE 802.3at. It can power considerably more demanding equipment than a standard 802.3af injector, including UniFi access points and PoE+ cameras with higher power requirements.
Ideal when a PoE switch is not required
Instead of investing in a PoE switch, the U-PoE+ can provide both data and power through one network cable. This simplifies installation and reduces the need for a separate power supply beside the device. It is also a useful option when an existing switch is approaching its PoE power limit.
Protected for safe operation
The U-PoE+ has differential and common-mode surge protection with a maximum discharge of 1,500 A at 8/20 µs. The clamping level is 11 V on the data lines and 60 V on the power lines. Shielded RJ45 ports also help maintain signal integrity and reduce sensitivity to electromagnetic interference.
Simple installation
No configuration is required. Connect the network cable from the switch or router to the DATA port, then connect the PoE port to the device that requires power.
