Yealink MeetingBar A10 is a compact all-in-one video conferencing solution developed for focus rooms, home offices and smaller meeting spaces. The system combines a 4K camera, AI-based meeting optimisation, Android platform and integrated audio in a single device that works as a standalone meeting room – no computer is required in the room.

The A10-020 package includes MeetingBar A10 together with the CTP18 touch panel, cabling, wall mount, power adapter and quick start guide. CTP18 has an 8-inch IPS display with 1280 × 800 pixels and 10-point touch, and is powered by PoE over the network cable to A10. The device is certified for both Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Good to know

• A display is not included in the package. MeetingBar A10 connects to an external display via HDMI with CEC support.
• Wireless content sharing requires the Yealink WPP30 accessory, which is not included.
• The system runs Android 11 and starts in either Teams or Zoom mode. Switching between platforms is done in the device settings.
• CTP18 is powered by PoE from MeetingBar A10 and does not require its own power outlet at the table.

We recommend A10-020 when you want to turn a focus room or small meeting room into a proper Teams or Zoom room without placing a computer there. The strength is that the package is complete and certified – you get a room that works the same way every time and can be managed centrally by IT. If the room is larger, with a table for six people or more, the 4.5-metre pickup and 105° horizontal field of view are not sufficient, and we recommend MeetingBar A25 or A40 instead. If you only need to add good video and audio to an existing room computer, a dedicated USB video bar such as UVC34 is a simpler and less expensive option. Keep in mind that a display is not included.
