PC & HiFi Örebro AB helps private customers, businesses and associations with TVs, audio, computers and networks—from advice and product selection to installation, service and support.

We are based in Örebro and mainly work throughout Örebro County. Assignments in other locations can also be arranged.

Advice based on your actual needs

PC & HiFi Örebro was founded because technical advice too often relies on vague sales claims, isolated specifications or statements that do not explain what the customer will actually receive.

A computer is more than the name of its processor. A TV is more than its resolution, and an audio system is not automatically better because a high wattage figure appears on the box. A stable network also needs to be planned around the home or premises, the number of users and how the equipment will be used.

Our job is therefore to explain the options, check compatibility and help you choose a solution that suits your real needs and budget. The most expensive option is not always the best one, and sometimes keeping or upgrading your existing equipment is the better choice.

About Oskar

My name is Oskar Gustavsson and I run PC & HiFi Örebro AB. My interest in technology started early with games including Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, Settlers 2 and Commander Keen. I built my first computer when I was 15 and have continued building, troubleshooting and upgrading computers for myself and others ever since.

During my final year of upper secondary school, I worked part-time in a computer shop. In 2019, I took the step of starting the business that became PC & HiFi Örebro.

Today, my interest extends far beyond computers. I enjoy building a stable network, finding the right audio solution and making sure a completed installation works as the customer intended. The best result is when the technology fits naturally into everyday life and the customer understands what has been installed and why.

Installation, service and long-term support

We are happy to help throughout the entire process—from the first question and planning to product selection, delivery, installation and final verification.

Communication is important. If the conditions change, something proves incompatible or the work needs to be more extensive than planned, we discuss it before carrying out additional work.

Our goal is not simply to sell a product or complete a single assignment. We want to build long-term customer relationships so that you feel comfortable returning when your equipment needs to be expanded, upgraded or serviced.

Visits by appointment

The business is based at Varbergagatan 162 in Örebro. The premises are not a traditional shop with staff present throughout the day, as we regularly work at customer sites.

Visits, drop-offs, collections and consultations are therefore best arranged in advance. Please call before visiting so that we can make sure someone is available to help you.
